
RV Resort Rules
Check-in time is between 1:00pm - 7:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check out time is 11:00am.
Each site includes a daily water consumption rate of 25 gallons. Consumption in excess of 25 gallons per day will result in a $0.25 per gallon charge. This is an average daily consumption rate during the stay. Overages will be charged at the end of your stay.
Monthly camper overages will be charged at each month’s end.
All trash must be placed in the dumpsters.
Only 2 adults permitted per site included with reservation.
Additional adults priced at $10 per person per day. No daily fee for children.
No more than 2 cars parked allowed, per site (unless permission has been granted)
Note: Overflow parking is available for additional guests. inquire at the office.
For visitors: Only registered guests are allowed at campsites. Any person(s) over 4 will be charged a guest fee of $5.00 per person, per day. All guests must sign in with the office.
Visitors must leave the RV Resort by 10:00pm.
All vehicles must be registered with the office and must be parked within your campsite.
All vehicles must be parked in guest parking area.
Occupancy is not allowed for minors unless accompanied by someone 18 or older.
Be respectful of other campers that are here to enjoy the peaceful aspects of our RV park.
No loud talk or music between 10:00pm – 7:00am.
Please drive safely (5 mph). We have many children that are playing around the park.
The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the resort.
Only registered campers can occupy the RV. No unregistered campers (check in at the office).
No subletting of campsites in any circumstance. Registered guest must be the guest in the campground. No exceptions.
Monthly stays are subject to a deposit of first and last month reservation fees upon booking.
Pets are welcome. No unleashed or unattended pets.
Please do your best to prevent or keep pet barking and other noises, to a minimum.
No fireworks are allowed.
Keep bikes or other types of vehicles (motorized/non-motorized) on approved paths and trails.
Alcohol is allowed at your site (no open containers are allowed as you walk around the park).
Keep trash and litter picked up around your site (we are trying to make our park as beautiful as possible).
Public drunkenness or illegal drug use by anyone will result in immediate eviction.
We are not responsible for any damages to your personal property (keep your vehicle and RV doors locked to prevent possible theft of property).
Firearms and other potentially lethal devices are not permitted on park property.
Children must be accompanied by an adult while on the pier or near the water.
Children should be at their campsites at dusk or accompanied by an adult.
